No, the items are sold in good to excellent condition and deeply discounted based on that principle sold "as is". However, if you purchase used electronic items new in the box that are defective or malfunctioning, you may return the item for a refund minus the shipping charges and restocking fee of 10% if the contents are complete and you include the defect description with the purchasers name, address, email address if used, telephone number, and method of payment.
